Road Trip to The Grand Canyon

Keep reading to see a video of our Road Trip to the Grand Canyon!

The Grand Canyon is a natural wonder of the world and it sure is GRAND!

This past October we went on a road trip to the Grand Canyon, it was a very last minute decision – so last minute that we didn’t even bother in planning ahead with figuring out the directions, solely relying on my iPhone’s GPS (bad idea because we took the longest way ever and had to re-route spending at least 2 hours more).

What happens in Vegas...

All I have to say using Twitter in Las Vegas is the way to go!

This past weekend I went to “Paradise, Nevada” with my BFF and her sister and even before we left, just Tweeting about our upcoming trip by simply using the hashtag “#Vegas” we were already getting in touch with club promoters.

Hike to the Potato Chip Rock

We would like to share with you this great location to go hiking in San Diego, which we have been to a few times.

Lately, we have been attracted to hiking and looking for new places to go to, and we really loved Mt. Woodson, it is in Poway and it is pretty famous because of this really thin "potato chip rock" where you can take great photos (it's the main attraction).

The Border Wait "La Linéa"

So, I live in San Diego, CA, and this past weekend I went to Tijuana, Baja California (“TJ” as we all call it around here) to get a wisdom tooth extracted.

It’s very common for people to go south of the border (Mexico) to get dental care because it is less expensive and faster, but that’s a whole different issue!

Any way, along with the trip to TJ, comes the inevitable BORDER WAIT to go back to the U.S., unless you are a privileged member of the SENTRI program, which comes at a cost.

Well, for those of you who have not experienced the border wait in San Ysidro/Tijuana - the BIGGEST border crossing in the world, which by the way is going through some remodeling – lately, the wait time is ridiculous!
